Online Statements - ESAFE
We use a service called CSIeSafe to safely and securely deliver your checking account statements. There is no fee to receive your checking account statement by this secure e-mail. All you need is Internet Access, an E-Mail address (can be up to 90 characters) and Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or newer.
Each month we will send you an email informing you that your checking account statement has been delivered. You may then click on the link provided in the e-mail or open your internet browser and type in https://www.csiesafe.com.
If you receive the message "you are about to view pages over a secure connection" click 'OK'.
The first time you logon to CSIeSafe you will be asked to select a secret question and secret answer to that question. These will be used for authentication purposes if needed (for instance to reset your password if you forget yours.)
An Inbox screen will appear showing you a list of the statements available. CSIeSafe will store your checking account statements electronically for 90 days from the date of delivery. Long term storage may be purchased directly from CSIeSafe and charged to your credit card.
Click on the statement you would like to view. A list of attachments will appear.
To view your statement choose "download" next to the checking account statement. You will be prompted to Open or Save the file to your computer or disc. Click Open to view the file in Acrobat Reader. To save the statement online for longer than 90 days choose "Move to My Safe" next to the checking account statement. You will be prompted how to purchase blocks of secure data storage from CSIeSafe.

Our disclosure information and any special information will be located on the inbox attachment screen.
